Your performance data is encrypted and private. We do not sell data, build advertising profiles, or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

1. What We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide Ascelyr functionality. This includes your email address for account authentication, encrypted performance and progression data you create within the system, and technical data required for security and infrastructure (such as authentication tokens and session identifiers). We do not collect behavioral data for advertising purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide Ascelyr functionality — to authenticate your account, store your performance records, and operate the service. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, train external AI models, or generate revenue from your information in any form.
3. Data Storage And Security
Performance data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled via Supabase, a secure database infrastructure provider. Supabase processes data as a subprocessor under contract with Rifid Software LLC and does not have independent rights to your data. For comprehensive security information, visit rifid.co/security.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate metrics (with no personal identifiers) may be retained for internal analysis.
5. Third-Party Services
Ascelyr uses Supabase for database infrastructure. No third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services are used. No personal data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact legal@rifid.co. We will respond within 5 business days.
7. Changes To This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ascelyr after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
