By accessing or using Ascelyr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Ascelyr, including users with early or trial access.

2. Service Description

Ascelyr is a performance and progression ecosystem that provides structured tools for tracking advancement, measuring performance, and executing with discipline. Ascelyr is currently in development. Features, availability, and access terms may change without notice.

3. Access And Eligibility

Access to Ascelyr is granted at the discretion of Rifid Software LLC. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. We reserve the right to grant, limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Ascelyr to violate any applicable law or regulation, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure, or use the service in any way that could harm Rifid Software LLC or other users.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the performance data and content you create within Ascelyr. By using the service, you grant Rifid Software LLC a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Ascelyr, its design, codebase, and content are the intellectual property of Rifid Software LLC. Ascelyr™ is a trademark of Rifid Software LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Ascelyr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Rifid Software LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Performance and progression outcomes depend on the user's own effort and discipline — the system provides structure, not results.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rifid Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ascelyr.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before taking effect. Continued use of Ascelyr after notification constitutes acceptance.
